Governor Stirling Senior High School has a dress code policy which is available to students in their student diaries. The school enjoys high student compliance with full school uniform. Specialist program teachers can advise on special uniform requirements. The following is an outline of everyday wear for our students. Uniforms may be purchased from SlaterGartrells Sport Store in Midland. The new logo uniforms will be available in Term 2.

Everyday Wear for Boys and Girls:

  • For girls: Navy blue skirt tartan box pleat or navy flair skirts/dresses (no miniskirts)
  • For boys: Navy blue long pants/trousers or navy track pants – no stripes or logos
  • Navy blue shorts, navy cotton drill cargo. Knee length
  • Shirts White/Navy with school logo/white collar/navy and gold stripes or plain white shirt, not skin tight
  • School Jumper Rugger heavyweight with cotton collar and school logo or fleecy with knit collar and logo or micro fibre jacket
  • Closed Shoes – open back footwear is not acceptable
  • Stockings/socks – white, navy or grey socks, navy stockings
