Term 3 Parent/Teacher Interviews – Wednesday 29th July

Dear Parents/Carers

Term 3 Parent/Teacher Interviews

The Term 1 parent/teacher interviews are scheduled for Wednesday 29th July, 2020, which is the second week of Term 3.  These interviews allow you to seek confirmation of your child’s progress during Semester 1 and arrange for a further meeting if required.  Time slots for interviews remain 5 minutes in duration and are available by appointment using a booking system.

Students are to attend school and they will be dismissed after Period 3 at 12.09pm.  Students are to make their way home at this time.  Those who need to wait for an afternoon bus service will be required to attend a classroom during the interviews.

To book interviews please use the online booking system (SOBS).  If you do not have access to the internet please contact the school office to arrange your interview times, no later than 12 noon Tuesday 28th July.

The online procedure is as follows:
• In your web browser type www.govo.wa.edu.au and when this appears click the SOBS online booking system icon (located on the home page) and follow the link.

• The online booking system will be accessible from 12 noon Monday 20 July through to midnight Tuesday 28 July.  No interview requests will be accepted outside of these times.

Teachers may request an interview with you if they feel there is a matter of importance which should be discussed.

Semester 1 reports will be published via CONNECT at 4:00 pm on Friday 3.  If you are unable to view your report you are welcome to collect your report from Wednesday 29 July from the front Office or during the interviews outside the Physical Education Office from a Student Services representative.

Please bring your child to accompany you to the interview as this often assists the discussion and clarification of outcomes.

Yours sincerely

Steve Palandri
