Governor Stirling Senior High School’s annual Year 12 Awards Ceremony will be held this year at the Perth Concert Hall, located at 5 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 on Tuesday 27 October, commencing at 6.00pm. We would like to extend you an invitation to attend this occasion on behalf of the school.
The Awards Ceremony is the most significant event on the school calendar, in that it is the culmination of the Year 12 students’ secondary education and we look forward to your attendance.
The scheduled timetable of proceedings is as follows:
5:00pm: Students are to arrive promptly for gown collection.
5:00 – 5:30pm: Family photographs.
5:30pm: Students are required to assemble with the teacher in charge for seating.
5:45pm: All guests attending the ceremony must be seated in allocated seating.
6:00 – 8:30pm: Awards Ceremony.
8:30 – 8:45pm: Final photos and gowns returned to teacher in charge.

Numbers are capped due to Phase 4 COVID restrictions; the cost is $25 per ticket plus a one-off handling fee of $6.60 per transaction applies to web bookings, over the phone or mail purchases and $3.85 in person at Box Office. An additional fee of $4.40 per transaction applies for delivery via Registered Post.
Each graduate will be able to invite up to 3 guests (unless Phase 5 is approved). All graduates will be seated with fellow students and do not require a ticket but will be charged a separate student fee through the school. Communication will follow soon regarding the student fee.
Please note that seating is allocated and tickets will be numbered. Please bring your ticket to the ceremony for seating allocation.
Professional family photographs taken with graduates will be available on the night. It would be advisable that you arrive at 5pm if you would like to make use of this opportunity. The date of availability and cost for these is to be advised.
