General enrolments are now open for 2027 Year 7 intake. Please return your application, (available from your primary school’s Front Office or online under the enrolment tab), completed to Governor Stirling SHS, 25 Third Avenue, Woodbridge, WA 6056 by 4pm, Monday 16th November 2026. Any enquiries please call 6274 0300 during school hours.
Every child from Pre-primary to Year 12 is guaranteed a place at their local public school. Places may be limited at your local school, so we encourage you to apply now.
Year 6 Orientation Day for 2027 Intake
Students enrolled to start Year 7 in 2027 will be invited to attend the school’s annual Year 6 Orientation Day on Thursday 26th November. Students will be given the opportunity for the day to experience many of the Learning Areas they will be involved in during their secondary school years, and an opportunity to meet some key staff members as well as their Year 7 Coordinator.
Further information will be provided to parents/careers post enrolments.
Note: Students need to be enrolled by 12:00pm, Monday 16th November 2026 to attend the Orientation Day.
Year 6 Parent Information Night – Transition to Year 7, 2027
We are pleased to welcome newly enrolled students and their parents to Governor Stirling Senior High School for 2027 intake. We aim to make your child’s transition into secondary schooling as smooth as possible and invite your participation in the following transition event on Thursday evening, 26th November 2026, 4:00-5:00pm in the Performing Arts Theatre.
